In this course, Mark Van Buren will introduce Buddhist meditations and techniques that will help you connect with inner peace, compassion, and joy amidst the difficulties of daily life. From seated and walking meditation to on-the-spot compassion exercises, Mark will provide you with an abundance of simple, practical tools/practices that can profoundly transform your life. You DO NOT need to be Buddhist to benefit from this course. *This course is the experiential part of Mark's Intro to Buddhism course. You DO NOT have to take the Intro to Buddhism course to take part in this one, although it is recommended to get the full understanding of these practices.
