Mark offers one-on-one Mindful Living Training at Body Positive Works in Saddle River, NJ, and on Zoom, allowing for an intimate, individualized meditation/mindfulness-based program specifically designed for your needs. Mark will give you precise tools that help you become aware of and make peace with the aspects of yourself or your life you struggle with the most. Whether it's anxiety, depression, addiction, or any other discomfort/suffering, Mark shows you how all of it can be used as a way awaken to your life, as it is, while cultivating compassion, ease, and joy. Sessions with Mark are bound to have you examine your life in a more profound, liberating way.

This program is done on-site and can be conducted during times that will not conflict with the daily work schedule (before work, lunch time, after work, etc.). Sessions will use chairs, and no special attire needs to be worn.
